Artwork Requirements
Artwork Format
Our preference is for PC Adobe Illustrator CS3 files saved as AI or EPS or Adobe Photoshop CS3, saved as PSD or TIFF also PDF’s. We can also accept IllustratorCS2 and PhotoshopCS2 files for the MAC. If you have artwork in another format we may also be able to accept it however please call our studio to check as there may be an artwork charge.
Colour Requirements
The Pantone Matching System using coated (C) shades is our primary method of colour matching. If you are not able to supply Pantone references we can print from file but would ask that you confirm you acceptance of this in writing (email). Either way please be aware that without Pantone references we are not able to accurately control colour output and therefore will not accept responsibility if the final result differs from your expectations.
Fonts
We do not hold a vast library of fonts therefore when preparing your artwork file please create outlines / convert to paths on all fonts. Please note that embedding a font is not the same thing (this only works to preview what it should look like). If you wish to supply us with a font please make sure it is a True Type PC font.
Sending Artwork
If file is under 3mb you can email it to our studio:
Artwork can also be sent by DVD or CD but please make sure it is a PC formatted disc.
Where possible please supply us with a jpeg / paper print of your design so we can double check that the artwork file you supply is correct.
Also please note that if you have linked images for your artwork you must send these with the file.
