  • What materials are your products made from?
    100% Knitted polyester in various weights and construction
  • What kind of inks do you use?
    Environmentally friendly water based UV stabilised inks
  • What width do you print to?
    Our maximum print width is 2m but with discreet joins we can finish products to any size or shape
  • What price per square metre do you sell at?
    As a general rule the price per square metre reduces as the amount of square metres in an order batch increases.
  • How are your products finished?
    Our products are finished to a very high standard under the control of BS EN ISO9001:2000. For flags we can finish with traditional rope and toggle fittings or whatever is required to get your flag hoisted. For banners and backdrops we can supply with reinforced edges, eyelets, sleeves, Velcro - again, whatever is required for the situation. We can suggest and advise or work to your own specification.
  • What printing method do you use?
    We now print with an eight colour process giving us a larger range of colours, directly onto our polyester textiles and then further processed in a Colorfix sublimation unit which heats the ink and sets it into the fabric meaning that flags/banners can be washed and the print will not wash out or run.
  • What are your payment terms?
    Unless you hold an account with us we will require payment up front for your order which can be made by cheque, credit card or BACS.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    This depends on the time of year and can change from day to day so best to ask when placing your order. Our standard turnaround is 5-7 working days after confirmation of order, payment and artwork approval.
